Chandler McNulty LLP Media Grant Program
Journalists engaged in intensive investigative pieces involving public corruption, whistleblowing, fraud, pollution or deceit by those in power such as politicians, judges, and private corporations are invited to apply for a Chandler McNulty LLP media grant.
The Chandler McNulty LLP media grant is a national program available to journalists seeking to expose wrongdoing in the political and private sectors.
The grants are $5,000.00 and renewable.
Eligibility is determined by providing proof of the project either through proposal or draft and a showing of a financial need. Applicants must demonstrate a continued interest in investigative journalism and a background in media, writing or fighting corruption. Applicants do not need to be credentialed journalists but must seek to be published in a legitimate media outlet. Chandler McNulty LLP determines eligibility of the awards in their sole discretion and the awards are not guaranteed.
All applications for Chandler McNulty LLP Media Grants must include the following materials:
- Proposal (800 words or less) or rough draft of investigative piece.
- Resume
- Budget
- Published work sample (print or digital)
This application has a rolling process throughout the year.
