Chandler McNulty partner interviewed on NBC about $30 million truck crash verdict

A Houston, Texas jury of 12 people returned a $30 million verdict in a wrongful death trucking case involving FedEx Freight and XPO Logistics. Click on the following to view the NBC segment about the trucking lawsuit and jury verdict – NBC media coverage

The NBC news broadcast about the trial involved interviews with one of the victim’s sons and with Devin McNulty, a partner at Chandler McNulty LLP. The NBC footage included video taken from both the FedEx Freight truck involved in the crash and camera footage from the victim’s vehicle taken just before he was killed. The crash took place on highway 59.

Chandler McNulty LLP asked the jury to compensate the victim’s family for $30 million and the jury responded with a verdict of $30 million.
